Project Overview

A leading animal health company partnered with Sabii to accelerate the launch of a new vaccine in response to rapidly evolving customer needs and market expectations. Seeking innovative digital strategies to enhance disease awareness among their targeted demographic, improve accessibility across communities, and address operational challenges within the healthcare space, the organization engaged our teams to work alongside executive leadership to uncover the root causes of operational challenges and redefine its go-to-market operating model.

Challenge

A division of an animal health pharma company was struggling with delivering a high-quality product for their customers whose needs were evolving at a faster pace than what they could keep up. They were looking for a domain expert strategy team to work with their leadership to identify root cause issues and a new operating model.

Solution

Sabii did a fast-paced strategy study which included individual leadership interviews as well as a full day design thinking workshop. Working with the leadership team, Sabii was able to identify the key root cause areas and provided a roadmap to a future state Operating Model.

Conclusion

Through a series of strategic assessments and collaborative workshops, Sabii identified the key barriers limiting execution and developed a future-state operating model supported by a clear implementation roadmap. The engagement enabled the client to align cross-functional teams, establish innovative digital strategies, and build a scalable go-to-market approach that positioned the vaccine for a successful launch.
